GEO-TECHNICAL:
POZ performed many geotechnical services for both utilities, government, and private sectors in PA and NY. In PA we performed on-site logging and geotechnical reports in determining bearing capacity and footer design in a variety of geologic soil conditions in support of a variety of applications to include hydro-geology.

In addition, we have grouting design experience to firm the soil, fill small and large voids in the rock strata to include mined out voids even in water inundated voids.

CERCLA when a property transfer required a Phase 1 EAS. We performed many of these documents prior to or during a geotechnical investigation. We performed Phase 3 analysis on data taken from monitoring wells or geotechnical studies prior to construction. We also provide reports and studies such as PCP, HSP, SWPP, E&S., etc.

POZ has designed many civil projects for the Commonwealth, conservancies, and private markets. We use AutoCAD Civil 3D to model our design for client and municipal approval and ultimately for construction. In some cases, we provide surveying to create our model. POZ has designed many civil projects for the Commonwealth, conservancies, and private markets. We use AutoCAD Civil 3D to model our design for client and municipal approval and ultimately for construction. In some cases, we provide surveying to create our model. We also administer contracts (bid documents, selection of the contractor and construction contract), provide construction management, and prepare a final report.
MEP:
POZ designed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical (cable/generators/lighting) projects throughout the Commonwealth and other States. We often used collaboration through BIM 360 in a REVIT CAD or in other CAD platforms.
Structural:
POZ performed many analysis of existing structures in order to support additional loading requirements. We also designed an elevated parking garage, foundation support, and column and beam design.
